Common areas and elevators are covered with high-definition surveillance cameras. Each microstudio unit comes fully furnished with the following: a 6-inch mattress, blinds, underbed and hanging storage, cabinet, air conditioner, microwave oven, electric kettle, mirror, kitchenette with sink, complimentary bottled water and coffee, chair and table, toilet, bath towels and toiletries, bidet, and shower with heater. Each microstudio has free Wi-Fi access. The Wi-Fi speed is up to 5 mbps (1 to 5 mbps) and is burstable to 25 mbps, depending on the availability of bandwidth in the area.
