This wad our first experience in Air BNB in India. We stayed there for 3 nights. It was a great experience. We feel like home. Ishan is very cordial and humble person always available and helpful. He helped and guide us throughout our stay. We suggest him two things and he was so prompt to implement the same. Really great attitude. Place is decent and location wise nearby good restaurants and dining halls. In short, we were comfortable at Home Stay. I wish him good luck for success in future.

Ishans property was a newly constructed villa which was neat and clean, Ishan was very supportive throughout and helped us plan our trip itinerary, a few points of help for anyone deciding to book this place are: There are a few strict rules to be followed like not wearing shoes inside which is a bit difficult for guests because at the end we enter it as tourists in a hurry and try to treat it as a hotel, you cant cook anything in the Airbnb and the restaurants are approximately 5-6 km away, also all the places worth visiting like mandvi beach and rann utsav are atleast 2 hours away from this property so u need to take atleast 4 hours of to and fro travel time everyday which makes it a little hectic, I found the property a bit overpriced, it is approximately 5k pe room per night in this budget you can get any hotel with restaurant attached and with fewer rules and maybe closer to the tourist spots of kutch

The place was very neat and clean with kitchen utilities enough to meet one's requirements. Well equipped kitchen with facilities like induction, utensils, tea leaves, coffee, sugar. Ishan ji on request provided bread, milk and butter at the time of check-in. all in all a comfortable and peaceful stay.

Host Ishan is very helpful and friendly. Easy to check in. Neat and clean property. Private parking is also available. Stayed for a night. Overall it was great very pleasant stay.
