The apartment is just as shown in the photos. Central location in a quiet block. Very clean, neat and sorted out.

Apt good. We were staying for two weeks and no sheets for a bed change. Although there is a washing machine it was not possible to dry sheets. The name of the apt block should have been on the directions as well as the address. The taxi driver couldn't find it. The guy in reception allowed towels to hold the few beds available but refused a 6 year old child a floatation aid in the pool. After he scolded me he nodded to others that had obviously complained. Location great. A short walk to anywhere.

Ho soggiornato qui nove notti e alla fine del sogiorno sono stato più che soffisfatto. L'appartamento corisponde alla descrizione e alle foto, a un minuto dalla spiaggioa di los cristianos e a 10 da quella di las vistas. L'edificio del Guayero, nel quale è situato l'appartamento è ben fornito e pulito, vanta una piscina condominiale e un vicinato molto, ma molto tranquillo. La zona è ben servita da market, shop e ristoranti. L'unica nota dolente è in merito alla pulizia dell'appartamento, un po superficiale, e della biancheria. Abbiamo ricevuto delle asciugamani già sporche quano abbiamo chiesto un cambio biancheria. Per il resto tutto ok.

Amazing value for money, great location and good communication! The neighbour below works early mornings so you have to be considerate - this isn’t the place to stay if you’re a night owl. Thank you for a great stay!
