My boyfriend and I booked this place at the last minute and they were very accommodating! They provided tea upon arrival, gave my boyfriend a surprise cake for his birthday, upgraded our room and breakfast is included. What more could you ask for? We recommend to all travellers who are looking for a friendly place in Hanoi 😊🥰

Séjour très agréable. Le personnel est aux petits soins et le lit est très confortable.
Amazing stay in the center of Hanoi. We received withing the first 5 mins upon arrival some Tea and fresh face towels. Further the rooms were super nice and clean, and the breakfast is also really nice. Fair to say that we were really happy for the service we received for the price. You also have the option to shower already before entering the rooms. Will recommend this place for people going to hanoi

You can take taxi/grab car/motorbike to travel within Hanoi city. We have a small motorbike parking area free of charges but whether you are driving a car, it shall be parked off-site, which costs about 250,000 per 04-seat-car per night.
