Completely Renovated Modern Farm house meets Mid-Century Modern. 1 Block from "The Most Beautiful Townsquare in Texas." You will be within walking distance to live music, upscale restaurants, bars, Southwestern University and Georgetown Lake. 20 minutes to the Formula1 Track The whole group will be comfortable in this spacious and unique space. There are 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. This house has a spacious living room and kitchen and a great outdoor space to keep your entire party occupied. The master bedroom has a king size bed. Two of the bedrooms have queen size beds and the 4th bedroom has a double queen bunk bed.

Our son recently moved to Austin. We rented this home for a small group of family visiting the area. Georgetown was a cute area and the neighborhood was walkable while being away from the traffic and city elements of Austin. About a 30 minute drive to the city. The home had the bedrooms and bathrooms needed with space to stretch out a bit.
The house was perfect for our trip, we loved how it had multiple bathrooms and a backyard! Michelle was very helpful in the check in process and the instructions for check out were clear!
Quaint little town and a beautiful home. Town is very walkable and accessible from this home. Communication and information was excellent!!

This home is located in the historic district of Georgetown. The neighborhood has beautiful tree lined streets. it is only one block from "The most beautiful town square in Texas."
There is plenty of parking in the drive way and includes a carport.
