at 900 m. altitude. , covering 17 decares Eco retreat land covered by wild forest In case you rent the house, you will be exclusively receiving 1 Kitchen room-1 (1 single, 1 double bed, bath/wc) room-2 (2 single beds, bath/wc) In the dining floor there is a 1 Double Sofa bed 1 wc -Only for closed groups-; There are 3 other cabinets including 2 rooms each having bath/wc and heating but no kitchen. 13 people can stay together in 8 different rooms. (4 houses) You may purchase breakfast also Since we are producing electricity with solar panels, high voltage usage equipments such as hair dryer or iron machine are not to be used after sun is down. We are sharing our farm with 3 dogs and 4 cats. They are living outside the houses. Rooms are at city standards in terms of cleanliness and structure. Rooms include wc/bathroom/hot water. Basic heating system is stove. In case additional payment is accepted, ground heating system is also avaible. Rooms are satisfying in terms of sound and heat insulation. No pets allowed in the house. No smoking in the close areas.

Eray Bey oldukça cana yakın ve ince bir ev sahibi. Kendisi, kuş cıvıltıları ve akan sudan başka sesin duyulmadığı bir yerde harika bir yaşam alanı kurmuş. Her şeyden memnun kaldık ve umarız yakın zamanda yeniden ziyaret edebiliriz kendisini.
Eray ilgili ve sıcak bir ev sahibi. Evin içi ve çiftlik de tıpkı anlatıldığı gibi temiz sıcak ve konforlu. Aynı zamanda muhteşem bir doğanın içinde ve çok huzurlu. Uzunca, temiz havada yürüyüş yapma fırsatımız oldu. Zamanımız olup daha uzun kalmayı isterdim. Mutlaka tekrar geleceğiz
Eray’s lovely home in the mountains was just the escape we were looking for with our friends. Though we booked last minute, Eray was very helpful and accommodating. I asked several questions about what to bring in order to barbecue, have a bonfire, etc, and he was very helpful. We barbecued meat we brought on his charcoal grill and then he started a lovely bonfire for us where we toasted marshmallows. He was always just a knock away, staying on the same property, which was very convenient and reassuring since the property is isolated. Eray was also extremely accommodating of our kids. He had some balloons ready for them to play with and an open room while we prepared the barbecue. In the morning, he invited the kids to join him to pick tomatoes from his lovely garden, and to eat them as they were doing so. They had a blast! There’s also a lovely swing, hammock, and other little gems around the property. I can go on but I’ve reached the word limit. Highly recommend! We will be back!
Eray bey çok misafirperver, güler yüzlü, her ihtiyacımıza hızlıca cevap veren bir ev sahibiydi. Eve ve çiftliğe bayıldık. Tekrardan gitmek isteyeceğimiz huzur dolu bir yer. Herkese tavsiye ederim.

The historical town of Mudurnu is 20 min. Göynük is 1 hour away.
You can easily reach our farm, which is 2.5 hours away from Istanbul and Ankara, with your private vehicle.
Service arrangements are made for large groups.
When you come to the towns of Mudurnu or Taşkesti by public transportation, we can accompany you to the farm with an additional fee.
