Cleaniness is extremely lacking, reminded me of my son's filthy college house. Food/fluids/unidentified stuff on walls and ceilings, dust on fans and vents is thick as well as on baseboards. Tile on 1st floor is very sticky. Never experienced such uncleanliness at an Airbnb. A number of broken items and missing amenity items too. On arriving, no top sheets on either bed, not enough towels, no wash cloths, and no dish soap. Also, no dish rack/tray/rag and coffee pot requires special pods and TV is antenna. Owner addressed our few identified items communicated but so much more cleaning and TLC is needed. Could be a great place. Several pictures were not of actual place, probably another unit in same complex. Location convenience, shower temperature and pressure great, washer and dryer very nice to have, beds comfortable but minimal pillows, no hangers, no bath trash cans, and no hand rail on staircase. Only airbnb I would not rent again.

Comfortable and clean stay. Everything was as described in photos/description. The walking distance coffee shop and smoothie shop came in handy. Neighborhood was peaceful. Thank you!
