Stayed for a Month in Eduardo‘s beautiful apartment and had a great time here. Was especially a big fan of the buildings pool, sauna and gym. The area is quiet but close enough to a lot of good restaurants, cafes and the mariscal shopping mall. Would definitely stay here again!

This apartment was the ideal place to stay in Asunción--it really made our trip much more enjoyable. The apartment is new, stylish, and has a wonderful view. The neighborhood is peaceful, green, and safe. Among other amenities, there's a small grocery store immediately across the street and another view from the rooftop is lovely. There are some small things I'd like to note to help the hosts improve, however: 1.) The street number provided in the listing differs from that on the building itself and entering either one seems to lead to confusion for Uber drivers. Some clarity would be helpful. 2.) The shower doors on both the bathrooms don't fit perfectly so there can be a fair amount of water leakage onto the bathroom floor. Easy fix. Lastly, while the night doorman is super friendly, the day doorman can be a bit surly. Maybe that's his way, but I often wondered if I had unintentionally offended or inconvenienced him. Overall, a great place and responsive hosts. Highly recommend!

Très beau logement de prestige, climatisation, lit très confortable, piscine et rooftop avec vue magnifique ! Dans un quartier résidentiel calme et bien fréquenté. Commerce au pied de l’immeuble, Shopping a seulement 10 min à pied. Excellent contact avec les portiers et le loueur ! Je recommande !
