The Weavers Nest is located inside Maanzoni Wildlife Estate. This is a 4000 acre wildlife estate with low impact housing and allowing for movement of wild animals. We do not allow loud music or parties in keeping with the comfort of the animals in the estate as well as neighbours. You are welcome to go for walks through the estate, however you must keep in the roads and not go off and if bringing a small dog (the fence is very low at Weavers Nest so no large dogs will work here) you must have the dog on lead at all times and again keep them on the roads only.
While you are here you will see wildlife that move through our conservancy corridor such as Giraffe, Zebra, Eland, Impala, Ostrich, Hyena, Jackals plus so much more. It is the perfect place to unwind and relax if you love to chill in the environment and you love wildlife.

Parking is available for one car in front of the nest which is uncovered, or another space a short walk from the cottage that is under sisal pole shade. The plot is located seven kilometres from Mombasa Road on Dirt Roads, the roads are easy to travel on as long as we have not had extreme rain.
You are welcome to bring your bicycles and go for bike rides or walks throughout the area. We are located next to 3 lodges which have swimming pools and restaurants / bars should you wish to go there which is within 5-10 minutes drive away. These are Nzuri House, Amazing Kenya and Starling Bird (which does not serve alcohol).
