I came back here for the second time and this time I stayed for more than five weeks and this accommodation is not only beautiful but it is also perfectly well suited for longer stays. In addition to a very nice and perfectly appointed bedroom with a very large double bed, a nice wardrobe, a flat screen TV, a small desk and a private bathroom, there is also a large brand new and super-equipped shared kitchen including a washing machine. Finally, the location is perfect in the center of San-Fernando close to Jumbo and very close to the large Hiper-Dino hypermarket Bellavista which is open every day until 10pm and where you can really find everything and which is the cheapest of all the Canary Islands. Peter handles this in a perfectly professional way and I will definitely be coming back often because this place is a true paradise. I highly recommend it to all of you !

Had a great stay here. The whole check in was very organised, with clear instructions and a host who messaged to check that you got in ok and that everything was going well. He offered advice on transport and was very helpful, friendly and flexible. The apartment was well equipped, clean, and maintained/checked upon regularly. No issues at all. Would definitely recommend!

Luxury accommodation at budget prices ! Comfortable, clean, super beds, the host had thought of everything to make the stay as comfortable and memorable as possible, host went out of his way to help, as well as friendly helpful staff, will definitely be back.

Ha sido un placer poder alojarnos en el ático-duplex de Peter. El apartamento es tal y como aparece en las imágenes, incluso se ve aún más espectacular en persona. El dormitorio es muy cómodo y funcional. Cama de 180x200 súper cómoda para descansar, con TV 55” smart TV conectada a internet. El apartamento dispone de cocina con todo lo necesario, zona de comedor junto al solárium con hamacas. El apartamento se encuentra en una zona residencial de San Fernando, junto al Mercadona, parada de taxi, bares y tiendas. A tan solo 15’ a pie del Yumbo. Definitivamente volveremos.
