Very convenient location, near two subway lines, near two supermarkets and many cafes. There is a small courtyard with a barbecue. The apartment was clean and had everything you needed. It is very good that there is a washing machine and a dryer. The rent in New York is very expensive, but Nicholas had the most profitable option and his apartment has everything you need to stay. Thanks a lot, Nicholas, everything was wonderful. A pizzeria opens in the next room, kitchen workers sometimes were very loudly there, after my remark they were quieter. But I still recommend these apartments, you will spend your time there comfortably. Thank you Nicholas, next time we will definitely stay with you again

It was a peaceful stay. The backyard was REALLY great, lots of sunlight and quiet neighbors. We were on a business trip and the internet broke one day. We told Nicholas and he almost immediately was there to help. Luckily, he solved the problem and we could continue working. It was a great stay and highly recommended for those who want a little peace in New York after a day of work or tourism. The place has a washing machine and dryer, which is a plus. It's about 45-50 minutes to Soho, taking the N line which is a 5 minute walk from the house. Really quiet neighborhood, even at night.

Appartamento molto bello, con tutto il necessario,cucina ben attrezzata, camera da letto e divano letto e con piccolo giardino esterno. Quartiere tranquillo, c'è tutto quello che serve nei dintorni, ristoranti, pub, pizzerie, supermercati, farmacie e altro. Stazioni Metro a pochi minuti a piedi. Nicholas persona gentilissima, parla italiano molto bene, per qualsiasi cosa, consigli, informazioni è sempre presente. Appartamento consigliatissimo.
