The villa is lovely, but sadly, only 3 toilet rolls were provided—no bin liners. There is no shower gel in any room. The Hob, Oven and Dishwasher do not work correctly. One hob ring was usable. It's very frustrating as we like to cook. There are a lot of rules about keeping the place clean and tidy, or you will be charged, but most of the cutlery had rust on it, and we had to clean the cutlery drawer. Lots of plates, etc., but we had to wash them once again. We were unaware that the water from the taps and showers was salty. I was quite alarmed to learn that if we wanted a heated pool, it was extra. It was advertised with a heated pool. No mention of extra charges on the website. The pool-turned-green. beds were very comfortable. Great Tv Everywhere else was clean The most distressing thing for us was there were VERY LOUD Parrots, caged a few houses up the road and they constantly squawked throughout the day. We closed the doors most of the time. This totally ruined our experience.

Very nice place and matches descriptions. If you're looking for a beach holiday, this place is perfect. We visited Palma a few times and on a good run you can get there in 45 mins. Pool heating was important for us in the quiet month of April. The pool was great for the kids

The house is lovely; well equipped and in a nice quiet location within a short walk from a great beach. Overall we enjoyed our stay, but it was a little disappointing to encounter the following issues: - it wasn’t ready at the advised check-in time - the agent was still cleaning when we arrived. - The pool wasn’t clean; the agent advised they’d be back to clean it but didn’t. We therefore spent time removing debris ourselves. - I was advised there was a cot present but the agent advised on arrival that it was broken/absent - fortunately he sourced another later in the evening on our first day but this caused some stress. - The listing states the pool is heated but doesn’t mention the associated daily charge of €65 - not a problem given the good weather for our stay but should have been mentioned.

Wir waren 6 Mädels und finden, dass es eine wirklich tolle und top ausgestattete Unterkunft ist. Ein wunderschöner Pool, ein großer Aussenbereich, Dachterasse mit Rundum-Blick und schön eingerichteten Zimmern. Auch das Informationsbüchlein mit Tipps zu Buchten in der Umgebung war hilfreich. Perfekt um mit Freunden oder der Familie einen entspannten Urlaub auf Mallorca zu verbringen. Wir werden gerne wiederkommen!

Unser Urlaub in der Unterkunft hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Haus ist bestens ausgestattet und liegt extrem ruhig, gleichzeitig nur ein paar Gehminuten zum schönen Strand von Cala Lombards. Die Kinder fanden den Pool am besten. Wir würden auf jeden Fall gerne wiederkommen.
