We had a great time in this wonderful house. It's right by the beach and also has a heated pool. The house is very beautiful, very clean, and lovingly maintained. All the furnishings and kitchen appliances are of high quality and well-maintained. Joanna was a great host, always quick to respond and eager to ensure we had a good time. We can highly recommend Villa Specioza.

Traum Haus am Strand in perfektem Zustand. Alle was das Herz begehrt ist vorhanden. Wahnsinnig tolle Zeit gehabt und kann man nur jedem empfehlen. Joanna ist eine super Gastgeberin, die sich sehr bemüht hat um uns eine gute Zeit zu ermöglichen. Auf jeden Fall bald wieder.

This house is the perfekt holiday home and done so nicely! It is more stunning than on the pictures. Everything in the house is amazing quality and you can see it has been well taken care of. We hardly left the house as we had direct access to the beautiful sand beach, which offers the kids tons to explore. The pool is heated and therefore great for playing in for hours. It is surrounded by extremely soft grass, again another win when visiting with kids. We had an extremely relaxing week, as all we had to do is supervise from our deck chairs while letting the kids be kids. All while enjoying a luxurious well designed environment. Joanna was super attentive and helped us organise everything prior to our trip and we felt very welcome. There is absolutely nothing to improve. This was our best family holiday so far. Thank you for having us!
