Guilherme was so very helpful when we had to change properties at the last minute. Despite being out of the country Guilherme was super helpful in arranging for the property to be cleaned and for a flexible check in to be arranged at short notice. The property is a few minutes outside the sleepy town of Melides. The property is sat atop a hillside with uninterrupted views to the rolling hills and sea beyond. Tranquil, peaceful and a nice secluded location. The pool heated up within 2 days so request this prior to check in. The pool is away from the property but has great views. We had live in maintenance and cleaning albeit there was a language barrier. The house itself is nice but showing it’s age, in particular the kitchen and decking. We should have asked more questions but this is actually 3 separate properties that are not conjoined. We were able to squeeze in 3-children and 2 adults into the main residence. A great location and a great host whenever challenges arose.

This place is breathtaking. The view is outstanding and the place is designed beautiful with lots of privacy for guests or if you travel in a bigger group. Pool and all amenities have been super clean and very nice. Just be aware that the toilets in the en suite bathrooms have no door to close, which was no issue for us. Design and interior are very modern clean and high. The daily Houskeeping was superb! Only the mosquitos during night wehre a little anyoning, but if you bring repellent and maybe with the installation of Mosquito nets above the beds, problem solved. We had dinner every night outside at the terrace and the mosquitos where not a bug deal😊. I will definitely come back and highly recommend this outstanding property. Beaches are only 12 min away. Guilherme was extremely responsive, always reachable making things work smoothly for my retreat and was a super nice host. He is super reliable and trustworthy. Pleasure working with you !!! Thank YOU!!!

Perfecto para planes familiares. Encantados con nuestra estadía. La casa, los jardines, la piscina, las vistas espectaculares. La cocina muy bien equipada. El servicio diario de limpieza de las habitaciones de gran ayuda. Guilherme es un excelente anfitrión, siempre atento a responder con prontitud todas nuestra preguntas e inquietudes. Todo ha sido maravilloso
