Very flexible in our parties needs. Communicated instruction very well. Informed us of property line and where we could park/drive our trailers. Overall experience was at this location was good and would come back again, most likely reschedule for next year.

John failed to respond to my messages on the day of check-in via the app. Unfortunately, an event I was attending was cancelled last minute. This was the first time I attempted I've ever contacted a host in this situation with the intention of discussing a cancellation of my stay and partial refund. The host did not respond at all the my questions, nor were check-in instructions proactively provided prior to my scheduled arrival. While I certainly understand that a host may not want to refund a booked stay, I cannot understand why a host would refuse a reasonable request to refund the cleaning fee since no one would be at the property. Yet, the host denied this as well. Again, I acknowledge this was an undesirable situation for both parties and had very realistic expectations of how my requests would be met. Just know that if something unforeseen comes up, this host will not be understanding nor will they communicate in a timely manner when it counts.

This was a great stay. We came to visit family in a nearby facility and were so surprised at how convenient this place was. there was most of space. it was cozy and you can tell that he has updated it well. I definitely would suggest it to anyone needing to stay in the area.
