This location is wonderful for a home-base while exploring Zion and the surrounding area. Katherine’s house is new, modern, spacious, comfortable and clean. The home has everything you need to cook meals and a hot tub to relax in after hiking/riding. Riding horses into the canyon to see petroglyphs with JR from Blue Sage Adventures is a MUST! Such rad memories were made. I’ll definitely stay here again! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This place was gorgeous, defff a great stay if you’re looking to have a nice peaceful getaway with amazing viewss, 50min-hour to Zion. Super great deal!

Beautiful place, exactly as described and pictured. Everything we needed was already there for us. Very much a home. Part of a small neighborhood with a couple dozen similar homes and a playground in the middle. Quiet and peaceful during our stay. The patio is a vibe, and the jacuzzi was clean with powerful jets. 10/10 overall.
