Excellent location ! Beautiful apartment and views ! Needs maintenance and some upgrades in amenities. Did have an issue with towels and did not like Santiago’s reply I . It was my husband and I and we were given only one body towel for both and one hand towel for both . Called on check in day to request more at 6.30 pm and gad to head front desk at 10.30 as no response . Was sent to ST 204 ( management office ) and met 4 young employees talking , shared put request / none moved / said they would send some ! At 1 am in the morning we took shower and used same towel . Next day by 1 pm Santiago said if I wanted more towels I needed to pay $15 each ! Wow ! After escalating to Airbnb Cuestoker service we were given 3 more towels ! Yay ! Everything else is good ! We even requested extra days to stay but they were booked ! Little details to work on and this will be a great spot in heart of Bogota

The place is exactly like the pictures and was clean However it lacks basic necessities to truly considered good. 1) one towel. despite me messaging the host a week before hand to confirm amenities for 2 people we were given one towel. I wrote Santiago who promised to have a new one delivered the next morning. still no towel. no hand towels in bathroom to dry hands. far away from Chapinero( 15 to 20 mins drive) and Candelria ( 25 to 30 mins) where all the main attractions and best restaurants are. the maid knocked on our door at 9am day of check out waking us up early. then she proceeded to "" drop"" stuff outside in the hall to keep us awake. The wifi is spotty and not good if you plan to work. I see the owner is quick to comment on anything negative here so I am sure this will be disputed but I am only telling you buyer beware. spend a few more dollars and stay in the better areas with better amenities and staff. There is also limited kitchen utensils aka no wine or beer openers.
