- Juan est au top, disponible et très sympa - l’annonce ignore que les draps et serviettes sont facturés 10€/personne en cash. De plus ce n’est qu’au moment de payer qu’il est indiqué en bas de page qu’il faudra laisser 400€ en cash à Juan pour caution. On peut rater ce détail et c’est pénible pour lui qui doit souvent subir l’incompréhension et le doute des clients d’Helmut et Irene - l’annonce parle de 5 couchages. S’il y a bien trois lits doubles, les deux autres couchages sont en réalité un genre de lit disposé dans la pièce du bas qui abrite le hall d’entrée, la cuisine américaine, la salle à manger et un salon avec télé. L’autre couchage est le clic-clac rouge qui est dans la très grande et confortable salle de bains. Il en a sûrement vu pas mal dans sa vie, il est temps qu’il prenne sa retraite. - la hotte aspirante, qui sert aussi à éclairer la cuisine, est en panne depuis au moins 08/2023 - lire absolument le livre d’or qui ne comporte presque que des compliments

The villa was exceptionally clean and well-equipped, boasting an incredible 360 panoramic view. There were more rules and conditions than initially expected, which was surprising but not problematic. However, the kitchen hood was not working, making cooking a bit challenging due to insufficient light, and the backyard lighting had some issues, making it difficult to use the barbecue grill at night. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay at this villa and would definitely recommend it.

The place and the view were beautiful, we really enjoyed staying there. Great host, very helpful. Even though Patrick mentioned it, it is important to note that there are no cleaning essentials. We had to buy pretty much everything, from dishwasher detergent to toiletpapers. The WiFi in the bedrooms downstairs is close to non-existent. And there was something wrong with the water heater in the shower upstairs (or maybe we didn't know how to turn it on). You'll need a car to get anywhere, and I think that was already mentioned. Overall, it was a great place!
