Renting all 5 apartments gives you exclusive access to the entire property, pool, terraces, 10 bathrooms, 10 bedrooms, 5 fully fitted kitchens, 5 with dishwashers and 4 with washing machines. We have a wonderful neighbour who was a chef on private yachts for 11 years and has now settled in Montenegro. She has her own cookery business - see her website Cooks of Kotor. If you want to be pampered, why not employ our neighbour to shop and cook for you so that you can fully relax? Or arrange to have a meal cooked and ready for you when you arrive. A little out of the way but worth the view!
Greg i Vesna są cudownymi gospodarzami - można się czuć zaopiekowanym i starają się pomóc na każdym kroku. Byliśmy grupą 17 osób i miejsce jest bardzo przestronne dla takiej grupy z wieloma łazienkami i aneksami kuchennymi co bardzo ułatwia funkcjonowanie. W pobliżu fantastyczna restauracja. Podjazd pod wille ciężki, ale cudowne widoki na góry wynagradzają to.
Thank you for a fantastic stay. We loved it. The accommodation was great and we could not ask for better views to watch the sunset. The houses were really well equipped and had everything we needed. From beginning to end we were well looked after and communication with tips on where to go, places to see etc was very helpful. Everything was very clean and well-maintained and we even used the neighbour, Elaine who cooked us a meal one night. Highly recommend a stay here, great location from which to explore Montenegro. thank you!

PalmaGora is at the end of a country road, leading up the Vrmac Mountain between Tivat and Kotor. It is elevated and in the peaceful countryside, with fantastic views of the sea/mountains/valley. At the end of the hill, with only mountains behind, an away from it all feel, and yet is only 5 minutes drive from the nearest shops and beaches, and 10 minutes from both Tivat and Kotor.
There is a wonderful local grill / restaurant at the bottom of the hill, a 5 to 10 minute walk. Their portions are enormous and it is incredibly good value.
A 5 minute drive away there is a supermarket, bakery, greengrocers and fishmongers.
Some lovely walks in the surrounding area with amazing views.
The nearest bus service is a local bus running between Tivat and Kotor, about 1km away, but on quite a steep hill, so we would recommend guests either drive, or take a taxi - which are very cheap, and readily available in Montenegro.

Together with my son Greg, we run Palma Gora having designed, renovated and built the property from a collection of old farmhouses and barns, designed to be comfortable, with each of the 5 apartments offering private space and terraces plus communal areas. Greg lives in Wilmington, Delaware but travels as part of his role in International Sales. Greg also enjoys learning other languages and speaks seven!
