Patty and Randy’s home was perfect! We are a family of 5. The house was beautifully decorated with ample space and updated amenities. We loved that we could walk to the beach. The community is adorable and the pool and tennis courts were impeccably maintained. Patty quickly responded to our questions and made us feel very welcome. We had a great vacation mostly because we had a comfortable, quiet home to come back to at the end of the day. We will definitely be back the next time we visit Hutchinson Island!!

The house was perfect and in a great location. Walking distance to the river as well as the beach. Perfect spot for anglers, great fishing right off the dock. We caught a bunch of snook, sheepshead, and a variety of snapper (just make sure you have your fishing license). The house was super clean and has everything you need to make your stay very comfortable. We hope to be back in the future.

The Flamingoes Nest was wonderful! It is tucked into a beautiful and serene little community on the bay and less than a 10min walk to the beach. Patty was extremely helpful and communicated with us before the trip and left great notes and recommendations. The home was perfectly appointed for a relaxing and beautiful coastal escape. The decor was beautiful and comfortable. The kitchen is spacious new and had everything we needed and more. The bedrooms and bathrooms are fresh, crisp, newly decorated and very comfortable. There is a nice screened in porch for games, grilling, and dinner. The home had everything we needed to walk to the beach and relax. We were attending a regatta at US Sailing Center Martin Co. for our son and the home was a 4mile walk/run or 10min car ride away. It is also very convenient to downtown Jensen for shopping and dinner. We would highly recommend Patty & Randy’s home and hope to be back in the future. XO Erin, Terry, & Jaxon
