This property provides the perfect family-friendly getaway, including; modern decor, appliances, hot tub, pool table, game room arcade/ pin ball, and 55" TVs in each room. The LIVING ROOM is open and spacious with a large overly spacious, extremely comfortable sectional. 65" Smart TV that allows you to stream your favorite shows and movies. The GAME ROOM is equipped with everything you can ask for to enjoy family fun time with the pool table, arcade game and 75" Smart TV. Step out on to the back patio, with over 800sqft of newly remodeled PATIO SPACE. Sit cozy and comfortable by the fire or lunge in comfort in the hot tub as you enjoy the sprawling trees and waterfront view. Spacious areas outside the house gives ample outdoor opportunity to relax and enjoy the lake The KITCHEN is fully stocked with plates, bowls, utensils, cups, mixing bowls, knives, pots and pans, and basic cooking utensils. Also, towels, sponge, dish soap, salt, pepper, oil and cooking spray. Appliances include Microwave, fridge, stove and Keurig Coffee machine with pods. Bedroom #1: Master Suite bedroom has a luxury king bed mattress with a 52" Smart TV, extra blankets and pillows and full size master bathroom with shower and soaking tub. Bedroom #2: Queen Bedroom, open room bedroom with luxury queen mattress and 52" Smart TV. Bunk Room: Sleeps up to 4 people with two sets up FULL size bunk beds (full top and bottom). Enjoy a fun PIN BALL machine game set up for a night of game time! Please be aware this propety sits on the lake. The property is treated every few weeks for bugs but we can fully control bugs on the patio or furniture. We will not offer discounts for complaints on this.

Stayed here for a family girls weekend! The house is very roomy, comfy and plenty of amenities! Natalie was a pleasure to coordinate with and was gracious in giving us some local eatery recommendations. Weather was perfect for sitting out on the porch and enjoying the view. Plenty of parking for several vehicles! We would definitely stay here again!
The house was spacious and comfortable for our family group, with lots of nice touches (snacks, games, beach towels) to make us feel at home. The kitchen was very well equipped and stocked with cooking essentials. The hot tub and pool table were big hits with our family, from grandkids to grandparents! The back porch was really lovely and had a great view of the large yard and lake. The suburban neighborhood was very quiet - restaurants and a grocery store were just 5-10 minutes by car. Bonus: the house is pet friendly! Natalie was very responsive to our questions and made an effort to ensure we were comfortable. A great stay overall!

Incredibly impressive and nice host with a wonderful home in a breathtaking spot. Restaurants and amenities are in close proximity to the home, can’t recommend this place enough.
We absolutely loved our stay! The family loved playing giant connect four, pool table, hot tub, sitting around the fire pit, enjoying the backyard! The Lakeview is magic, and so quiet and peaceful. A great neighborhood, a well decorated house that had all the comforts, a nice big kitchen. Grocery nearby. It was just an absolutely wonderful visit. We would stay here again when we come back to Rockwall.

The neighbourhood is residential and peaceful. All amenities (groceries, restaurants, etc) and emergency services are within 5-10 minutes of driving distance.
We have a large driveway that can easily fit multiple cars (3-4).
