This is a beautiful rental close to the Dalhousie campus. We felt at home here instantly. It was very clean, comfortable and everything was the same as the photos. Walking distance to downtown restaurants as well as Dalhousie. Easy parking and bus routes if needed. Matt was very responsive and helpful when needed. I would stay here again!

Lovely stay and very responsive host! I’d stay here again and again as it’s very comfortable, has great amenities and is so convenient to the university and downtown.

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. It’s a quick walk to the grocery store, pharmacy, and NSLC. We walked around the city and down to the water every day, but the house is steps from the bus stop (we took it a few times on our way home). Matt is a very friendly and responsive host. His instructions are easy to follow and his house is a comfortable, spacious and lovely home away from home. The kitchen is very well stocked and clean. Matt even stopped by to bring us a toaster an hour after we asked for one. The beds are so clean and comfy. One bedroom has a desk which was great for me because I had to do some work while we were there. The WiFi was easy to connect to. There is a lot of seating in the kitchen/dining room and living room. We will definitely book here for our next Halifax trip.

Nicely furnished main floor suite with offstreet parking. Clean, lots of towels and bathroom & kitchen supplies ; fast heat response from the radiators, so it was nice and warm. TV and a PVR which was nice as I was able to watch hockey games later. How to wash her dryer which I didn’t use. Could hear the neighbours above, but they were quiet at night. So slept really well. The neighbourhood is residential and only a couple blocks to Quinn pool for restaurants and groceries. Easy check-in, and Matt was willing to let me stay late if needed. Very pleasant and so much better than a hotel room.
