Overall a pretty nice place for a short stay! The location is unbeatable and right in the heart of the town. Very clear instructions and Maria was very proactive and let us check in early. Only thing was a noticeable smell in the bathroom that didn’t go away during our stay even with the fan on. Some kitchen supplies missing but other then that decently clean and good place for the price.

My stay at Maria's place was perfect for my visit to Graz. Centrally located with a cozy at home feeling made my time here lovely. Would highly recommend and if I am ever back in the area this is the location I would want to stay at.
