The house is immaculate and perfectly located to get to the waterfront and restaurants. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. The host is very responsive and everything from check-in to check-out ran very smoothly.

We had a wonderful stay!! The house was wonderfully appointed and very neat. The location could not be beat. We were in very easy walking distance to the Naval Academy, shops and restaurants. We parked our car in a public garage and didn’t need it for the five days we were there. We walked to the Naval Academy each day for a tour, walk around the campus independently and tour of the museum. We walked to restaurants for breakfast, lunch and dinner. And we were also able to easily cook meals at the house.

I can’t say enough nice things about Eric and this home! It is historic and beautiful. It is also private in a quiet neighborhood but within walking distance to plenty of restaurants and shops. Eric was a fantastic host and very responsive and nice. Definitely 5 stars!
