Nous avons passé un séjour de 4 jours dans l’appartement très confortable. La terrasse est une vraie valeur ajoutée, et le salon et la chambre équipés de climatisation sont très agréables. L’appartement est à 30 min à pied des bars, boites de nuit et autres activités du centre de maspalomas, mais honnêtement ce n’est pas trop long à pied même si c’est mieux avec une voiture de location. Seul point à notifier : Les fourmis et autres insectes sont présents au niveau de la cuisine et nos courses ont été plusieurs fois détruites par les fourmis. C’est compréhensible dans un appartement en rez-de chaussé, mais il faut absolument régler le problème. J’imagine que nous ne sommes pas les premiers à faire remonter ce problème…L’hôte est venu nous apporter un piège à fourmi dès le lendemain ainsi que du pain tous les matins. PS : Je précise pour les prochains voyageurs : l’hôte n’a pas le droit de photographier nos cartes d’identité. Tout est sur la plateforme Je recommande sans les fourmis.

Manoj and his brother were good at communicating. Their place is pretty much identical to the photos! Its ideal to have the beach a 4 minute walk away (although it is across some main roads which is worth noting). The patio was useful for sunbathing and eating outside. There was only 1 sunbed which was fine but it would be nice to have 2. Kitchen facilites are easy to use, we did have an ant problem with very tiny ants, which we have made Manoj aware of (this was confined to the kitchen area). Local shops and bars (open until late) are only a walk away. The bus stop outside the property is really helpful for visiting other areas of the island (both North and South). There are 2 single beds but it would be better with a double bed (we pushed the beds together). Access to the property on arrival is best via the front for ease. Good property overall but location not quite for us (personal preference). Puerto de Mogán was our highlight, a must visit.

Die Wohnung war wirklich schön und wie beschrieben. Die Bilder entsprechen auch der Realität. Leider ist die Wohnung sehr hellhörig sodass wir die Familie von oben drüber sehr gehört haben. Besonders das kleine Kind was bis spät in die Nacht ständig durch die Wohnung gelaufen ist und geschrieen hat. Das hat uns die Erholung etwas genommen.

Anfitrión súper simpático. El apartamento tal cual aparece en las fotos. Cada día nos repartía pan de su panadería. Cualquier problema te contestaba al momento. Recomiendo!!!!

The apartment was in a nice location although roads nose was a slight issue during the day but we were seldom there so not a major issue. Beach, shops and restaurants all close by just a 5 minute walk. The property was kitted out very well with everything you need for a long stay as we stayed for over 4 weeks it worked well for us. There was a little noise from the people upstairs but not a deal breaker. All in all a very nice apartment close to everything one would need.
