Dale’s place is the very best! With its beautiful backyard & pool, the John Francis is truly a peaceful little oasis in Atlanta. I can’t recommend Dale & his Airbnb enough! I come to Atlanta at least once a year, & Dale’s place is always my first choice for a place to stay while I’m in town.

Absolutely loved Dale’s beautiful home! The property was gorgeous along with the vibrant backyard. We felt right at home and enjoyed the hot tub multiple times. The home was comfortable and perfect for a trip with 2 couples. The neighborhood is very cute and walkable- we took several walks. Dale was super friendly and welcoming also. We will stay here again the next time we are traveling to ATL! Also convenient to drive or Uber to lots of great restaurants and bars.

Usually our favorite place to stay in Atlanta, but had issues this time. We love the pool, but didn't feel it was ready for swimming although maybe still early in season. We didn't feel as comfortable sitting outside due to loud bass music and a heavy pot smell from next door. We also had issues with check in and check out. We were asked when we would arrive, and told there was a cleaning issue and it wouldn't be ready. This was no problem as we were arriving late. Wouldn't bring this up, except for the fact that I had arranged for a late checkout, and was given until 1 in advance. But the cleaning person arrived at 12:30, and my husband was told to get out. It made for a less than pleasant checkout. I had to end an appointment early when I had prearranged for extra time. It seems we would've been given a little grace considering it was prearranged AND not ready at check in time. Dale is a great host. Every other stay has been great. I'd stay again if next door gets addressed.

We have stayed here several times, all excellent stays. The house is comfortable and well furnished. It is convenient to the Interstates and lots of local restaurants. The fenced backyard, pool and hot tub were perfect for the stretch of good weather we had. Our dog enjoys the sidewalks and deck. Dale is a great host and is very responsive to any question or request. We will definitely stay here again.

I truly enjoyed this stay! The place was very well decorated and had so many amenities. I would definitely stay here again!
