The Retro Retreats are conveniently located 10 mins from downtown and centrally located for everything this city has to offer. The Purple Suite is one of 4 themed suites in a boutique hotel packed with nostalgia. This unit is a 1-bedroom apartment with a king bed. It has a fully equipped kitchen, dining room table in the kitchen and living room with a good amount of seating. The couch in the living room is a pull out but only the size of a wider twin bed, would be great for children. A chair unfolds into a cot for extra sleeping space as well.

Could this place BE any better? The Purple Suite was a dream come true for my wife, daughter, and myself… It was incredibly clean and loaded with everything we needed to feel at home. The decor was fantastic and nostalgic. The host was warm, friendly, and probably the most responsive I’ve ever worked with. Next time we plan to visit the Cincinnati area, a discussion about lodging would be a moo point… THIS is the place to be!

What a fun experience to do with my daughter. We loved the detail put into every part of The Purple Suite! It was clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities we needed!
We stayed in 2 rooms, the “purple suite” and the “creek suite” for my 30th. I am such a huge fan of the shows it was perfect! The details are everything!

Pleasant Ridge is a desirable neighborhood and loved by many for its walkability and selection of fantastic bars, restaurants, shops and coffee. We have everything from New York style pizza to a fantastic steak house; vegetarian and vegan to bar food. With coffee shops and brunch as well, it's the perfect getaway. Centrally located in Cincinnati, we are a quick 10 min ride on the interstate to downtown.
