This home is very comfortable, clean & in a good neighborhood. It is smartly decorated. The living room seating is good, not saggy. The beds are firm with cotton sheets (Yeah!). The nice quilts & blankets are just right and the linens are good. Everything about the bathroom works well with bright lighting. The kitchen is roomy with nice appliances – an older stove, but works well. Cooking & serving items are quite limited, but very good pans, knives, & cutting boards. Good place for restaurant diners. Lighting is soft throughout the house. Nice patio with seating, but it was too covered in pollen and dust to use this time. Older home, but the doors and floors do not squeak. The neighborhood is very quiet, no traffic noise or barking dogs, 5-8 minutes to downtown, 3-5 minutes to grocery. Rendall was quickly responsive & helpful any time we needed him! My husband and I would stay here again when in the area.
