A private and quiet room with office in a large and comfortable home in a laid-back coastal neighborhood with good access to the city. The large back bedroom with small attached office in a family home, which I'm renting out while on a sabbatical year.

Great place to vacay
Great at communicating when I needed it. Great for what I was looking for as a place to stay while I headed to the city for work.

The neighborhood is unique and beautiful we have a bald eagle who visits down the street; a local farm with monthly chamber music; a backyard patio; walking trails or the Boardwalk nearby. Everyone on the block watches out for each other.
Ample on street parking
8 minute walk to the A or the ferry shuttle
Rockaway is highly bikeable thanks to the boardwalk, I can supply bikes to use at your own risk
