Wallace is a great host -- super-communicative, friendly, and responsive. The place is a great alternative to staying at the hotel -- walkable to Chair 4 and a lot more room than you'd get in a room at Alyeska, for essentially the same price. Highly recommend.
We had a great stay! Excellent location, it was walking distance to skiing, restaurants & shops. The condo was clean & very spacious for 3 adults and one toddler. Appreciated Wally setting up the high chair & pack n play prior to checking in. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare a few meals. Highly recommend, we hope to stay again!
This place is great. 5 min walk to skiing, 2 minute walk to Jack Sprat, super clean and comfortable. Wallace is a great host and checked in often to make sure we were good. We will stay here again.

Parking in front of the building. Guess we'll get the parking permit inside the room and place it on their car.
There is a $25 replacement see if the guests do not leave the parking permit after departure.

Love the outdoors and physical activity. Initially came to Alaska in 1990 as an outdoor river and backpack guide in Denali National Park and the Brooks Range. Currently work in health care as a physical therapist, fitness trainer and I proudly hold the coveted title of: "Director of PLAAY" :) I have been involved in planning and implementing outdoor/fitness travel since my first business Scenic Excursions in 1987.
