There was no hot water at all for the first night and all of us were torture. And the second night after 2 people taking a shower the water turned cold. The manager said we should wait the water boiling for 1hour and then go to take the next shower but as a visitor we really need a good sleep at night, it took too much time to wait the hot water. Also, WiFi connection was really bad and unstable.

Muy buena ubicación. El departamento cómodo, limpio y muy lindo. Muchos detalles que dan tranquilidad cuando uno llega cansado (agua mineral en la heladera, pastilla para el lavarropas, pastilla para lavavajillas, shampoo, jabón, etc). Lugar de guardado de la ropa. Buena calefacción. Con el agua caliente tuvimos un problema pero tuvo solución que es lo importante. Excelente nuestra estadía en este lugar.

We had a great stay in this clean and good value flat! Sweet Inn were very responsive and helpful which made the whole stay very smooth. The flat was in a great location near Duomo. I was initially worried to see that there were clubs on a street near by, but you couldn’t hear any noise from them at night. There are a few very small things that would make the stay even more comfortable, such as a chopping board for cooking. However we shared this feedback with sweet inn who were very quick to respond - this was very appreciated.
