We really enjoyed the stay. It's a beautifully decorated house and had everything we needed. We appreciated the off-street parking as well. Great location, close to Swan St and easy to catch the tram nearby. Jamie was so helpful and responsive to messages. Would definitely recommend.

Jamie and Ken’s place is in a good location - very close to trains, trams and the motorway, yet extremely quiet, especially in the evenings. We easily walked throughout Richmond and exercised by the river on the Main Yarra Trail, accessed near the lovely park at the end of the street - a fun place for dogs and kids alike. The town house was generally clean - especially kitchen, bathroom and linens. Dust, dog hair and the smell of previous four-legged guests were present and caused us to sneeze. Once I cleaned a few things, like the aircon unit, these problems eased. Because the only aircon is upstairs in the lounge, cooling the downstairs bedroom was a bit challenging on really hot days but Ken dropped over a second fan which really helped. We really appreciated all the pantry supplies and little gifts, securely garaging our car and Jamie’s efforts to provide us an early check-in. Extremely comfy bed and quality linen made for excellent sleeps! Overall a good stay.

Absolutely excellent Airbnb to stay at. They even left a couple of bottles of wine and some snacks out for us on arrival which was such a nice touch. Would highly recommend staying here.

Location and accommodation were exactly what we wanted. A short walk to excellent restaurants, cafes and transport. Hope to be able to stay again next time we’re in Melbourne.
