Not a good experience, I checked out early. - Really loud noise from the 2nd floor. It was difficult to sleep and was awakened early. - The bed was uncomfortable and the pillows were thin like paper. - There is a bright green light right beside the bed. - The kitchen, bed sheets and floor were dirty upon checkin, the host offered to clean but didn’t follow up on when. - There was construction on the outside. - There is nowhere to take garbage. - The TV bluetooth connection doesn’t work, the host suggested getting an HDMI cable. - The fridge makes a very loud sound. Please find somewhere else to stay in Beppu to enjoy the city.

部屋はとても綺麗でしたが、2階を借りてる方の足音がとても聞こえて、夜中の3時など、何度もその音で起きました。 何回も2階に上がり、何度も注意をしに行きました。
