The home was beautiful! So much space and worked well for our family. We could easily host taco night and a pool day without sacrificing space. Everyone had plenty of space and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed.
Nikki’s place was perfect. We were within days of arrival for a weekend of U of A graduation events when our original host cancelled on us despite booking 5 months in advance. Initially we thought it was going to be a disaster and felt too late to shift so many adult family members to a stay that would comfortably accommodate everyone. Thankfully, Nikki & Air BNB saved the trip and set us up in what was better than our original plan helping us have an excellent week. Overall, everyone had a comfortable bed, there were plenty of chairs & visiting hangouts, the layout was great for keeping noise down and even the late night pool tournaments didn’t bother any of the early to bed folks. Costco is super close which was helpful for a multi day stay with a houseful of people. All we can say is that our stay and experience was wonderful. If you have a big group or just want to be comfortable with plenty of space, Nikki’s place is terrific.
My family enjoyed staying at this sweet home. Plenty of space to sprawl out, quiet, and a great place to spend with loved ones.

Had my groomsmen and their significant others stay at this beautiful home for my wedding weekend. Needless to say, the home was everything we expected and we had tons of space to get ready the day of my wedding. Everything was clean and well maintained. Close to shopping centers and Ventana Resort. The host was extremely helpful, very quick to respond, and made everything from check in to check out a seamless and easy process. Nice and quiet neighborhood. Would definitely recommend this stay!

The neighborhood is quiet and very charming! Enjoy long walks and views of the Catalina Mountains.
Guests are only minutes from grocery shopping and restaurants. About 20 minutes to the U of A, and more! It is best to uber or drive to get around as there are tons of attractions nearby.
