Pool with alarm for safety. Large front and back terraces to enjoy the shade /sun when needed. Lots of seating area's including sun loungers. Internally large open plan living area with comfortable seating. Complete working kitchen with all amenities. 2 Bathrooms with showers, sink and toilet. All windows covered with insect netting. Bedrooms have either a ceiling fan or a free standing one. No air con. There is a small lake at the lower end of the property, not fenced around 200 meters down the hill from the house.
