This property is very spacious with ample space for the family. However I was disappointed with the quality and condition of the house. The build looks slap dash with dodgy tiling, sloppy paint work and missing light fittings. There is obvious maintenance required such as the front door not closing properly, lots of stains on all the carpets and pest fumigation would be welcome given the massive spiders in the property. There is no air con in the lower living level. Finally the cleanliness was sub par with the most unpleasant being the mouldy washing machine which smelt terrible and no chance of washing my clothes. Finally I found the host communication to be all automated messages, on the two occasions that I sent a message it was left unanswered. All and all this feels like a set and forget property managed by a company that doesn’t offer a personalised service. The high price we paid was unfortunately not reflected in the quality of our stay.

After a very rocky start the location was great, the accommodation suited us and the pool was excellent. Having the two separate living spaces was also fantastic when sharing with two teenagers! Jon, CoHost, went out of his way to make our stay pleasant by promptly providing the items we were missing such as towels, toiletries and replacing dirty linen, and in also providing suggestions for our visit to Brisbane, as well as quickly responding to our queries. Otherwise, the house suited our purposes and we enjoyed the outdoor amenities and the pool.

This is a lovely home with lots of space for big families like ours. Everything was beautiful and clean and easy to operate. The downstairs area has lots of room to sit and relax and the pool and outside area was great for the kids. The kitchen has loads of room and was very easy to operate. Pearl was a great host and the whole process from booking to check out was very simple and straight forward with great comms the whole time. We loved our time here and would definitely recommend staying here.

My family and I stayed here for two months while we were having repairs completed on our house locally. The property was fantastic - very comfortable for our family of 5, with everything as described and everything that we needed. The beautiful pool area was a big hit with our three young kids too. The owner, Pearl, went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable, had everything we needed and even accommodated an extension of dates when our repairs timeframe changed. We would highly recommend this property.

We had the most relaxing stay. Pearl the host was absolutely wonderful and very accomodating. The home had everything we needed and everyone loved the pool and entertaining area. Great location also! I highly recommend staying here.
