Stayed 30days, numerous issues. 5 rooms in small one story house, no living room. 5 to 6 people most of my stay, when i was there .Thin walls, dirty kitchen and bathroom mostly due to other guests not cleaning up. I had to report to host a number of times and in the end had to go on record with airbnb. Biggest problem was very noisy guests late at night banging doors, talking loudly on speaker phone at 1 to 2am. Host contacted several times with only one person who finally stopped calling at after midnight after being reported 2 times. The room with 2 people kept making noise after 12am the whole time there. House rules on walls all over house about noise and keeping things clean, mostly ignored. Every time a new guest came they got confused about locking/unlocking front door causing front door to be unlocked quite often. A number of these issues might improve if more info is given once room paid for so new guests understand rules better and how to access house.

I stayed here for a month and the safety ( entry with a password) and pretty new facilities ( 2 washing machines / 2 restrooms.... A parking for two cars and on street parking is safe.
