We stayed for about 3 weeks at Eduardo’s place after we communicated beforehand if his apartment would be a match for our family for such a long stay. Eduardo is a very friendly host who is easy to reach and to communicate with. He was very responsive whenever we had questions and tried his best to solve occurring issues. He even provided an additional inflatable bed which was perfect. The place itself is nice and could be easy turned into something amazing. The neighbors upstairs are sometimes quite loud and there is a very distinct smell in the hallway. There were some issues we faced based upon a mismatch of the equipment listed (not equipped for 4 ppl) and what he had available - which he has updated since to have a better match for upcoming guests. Whenever there was an issue Eduardo tried to solve it as good as possible, mostly in a reasonable time. In general what you pay and what you get is balanced with a little room for improvement when it comes to the equipment.

Great person, helpful, responsive, if I go back to Virginia I’ll book his place again.

Eduardo is a very nice person, very helpful and always ready to answer any question. His place is great and we really enjoyed staying there.
