Our stay at Olala was very nice. Great location. Walking distance to the heart of Cascais, restaurants, train station and activities but away from the hustle and bustle. R.Dos Navegantes is such a pretty street and Olala is in a prime location. Take note of the following. 1. Best to use Uber, train or taxi - parking was not convenient and even though I parked close to the apartment, I ended up with a ticket that I need to understand Portuguese to pay. 2. Air conditioning was important to us and I did not check specifically on the position of it here. The unit covers only the lower level , not the bedrooms which is where it is most needed. Otherwise a wonderful home in a wonderful location. Have fun.

the overall experience was positive and the flat was pretty central. Despite this I found some aspects that made me think about the price per night to be a bit much. positives: - pretty central and in walking distance from all the nice areas; - the check in is very easy and their website is easy to use; - the ground floor is pretty well equipped and great for people who might need to dine in the flat; negatives: - if you have a car, you will pay to park pretty much everywhere (and it is not cheap); - there is a big difference between the ground floor and the first floor (where the rooms are). The ground floor is nice and refurbished, with air conditioner and a nice living room/open kitchen. The first floor is not in a great condition, the electric plugs in the room did not work and I ended up charging my phone in the bathroom. - the rooms are extremely warm and there is no air conditioner available;
