The place is little far from the center, to get there you need to drive 7-8 minutes. I was visiting neighbouring places and went twice to Maranello for Ferrari test drive. For me the location was perfect, I could quickly get to main roads without facing traffic. The place is quiet, has parking place. In 10 minutes walk or 1 minute drive there is a shopping mall with big supermarket and a small food court. The windows in the flat are small so you do not get much of lights from the roads in the night. Since it is located on the ground floor, it must be cool inside in the summer time. When I stayed there the weather was little cold in the nights but heating system in the apartment was working automatically keeping it warm in the night. The main sleeping place (a double bed) is in the studio room with kitchen and dining place. In the bedroom there is one single bed. Bathroom is nice with a shower place, it is attached to the bedroom and has access only from the bedroom.

The apartment is located in a quiet area of Modena but very easy to reach the city centre or the connecting roads around Modena. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay.
