房子在San Jose一个安静漂亮的区域，打车开车都很方便。我住的房间明亮、整洁，太空主题的装饰非常有风格，客厅有一个巨大的书架，有很多有趣的书，厨房餐厅每天都清理得很干净，我这里度过了美好的早餐时光。Jason和他的朋友们热情友好，很高兴能和他们相遇，下次一定还来玩😊

Minutes from the freeway, clean, easy check in and great hosts. I was there for a short time and working long days so I’m not really sure about the surrounding area as far as things to do but the place was perfect for my needs, quiet and comfortable. Jason was super responsive and easy to communicate with.

I think it's the best place to stay. You can be quite private in the room, and you have your own space, at the same time, you have all the things you need for food, such as a refrigerator and a pot. The room itself is large, there is a good desk to work on, and the bathroom is clean. I don't usually write about these things, but I was very satisfied. I would definitely stay here again if I ever come to San Jose.

Jason is a kind host and provided detailed instructions. We differed in daily schedules but he was fine with it. He replied to issues very quick and gave timely assistance. He spoke good mandarin as well! The room itself is kind of small, but it has sufficient storage space with big drawers and a small closet. The shared space is big though. The kitchen has lots of utensils as well. The community is quiet and safe. It’s near highway and quite convenient. As I usually went back late, I could only park outside the community on the street, but it’s safe at least during my stay. Overall, I enjoyed my 7 days’ stay at Jason’s place.

Truly had a wonder and comfortable stay, everything was clean, organized, easy to use, and hospitable. Jason was very thoughtful, there was a pamphlet of FYIs for common needs and recommendations. Communication was prompt. Jason as well as all tenants were very polite. Everything was as described. Parking indeed is a little bit of a challenge but nothing more then a 5-minute walk. Bed, pillows, and sheets were comfortable didn't smell of anything, extra covers readily available. Bed could use to be a little firm but comfortable still (matter of preference). Would definitely stay again! Ty Jason.
