Steven's place is right on the water and there are many activities available. We appreciated Steven's attentiveness and friendliness. Our toy poodle Jax kept busy watching out the wall of windows at the goings on of lake life. Although early in the season, there were plenty of boats and birds to watch.

Steven is, by far, the best AirBnB host we have encountered! He is very personable and friendly. As opposed to many other AirBnB rentals, his amazing place comes with him as an amazing guide and host. Steven made himself available for all kinds of water sports on the lake while we were there for 3 days recently. We used his amazing kayaks, surfed on his electric surf boards and rode on his super powerful jet skis. And we are looking forward to coming back this August to expose our extended family to Steven and more of his amazing “water toys!” He is also very knowledgeable about the Hoptacong area as well. Steven gave us some great suggestions for restaurants and things to do in the immediate area. We would wholeheartedly recommend Steven and his fantastic water world!

My husband and I had a wonderful experience at Stevens lake front property. He allowed us to use his electric bikes and jet skis and gave us recommendations on places to visit. He was a wonderful host. We appreciated his flexibility and the privacy he gave us during our stay. We enjoyed the hot tub in the evening and the propane heaters were an excellent addition to some chilly evenings. He also treated us to dessert for one evening, which was delicious. Steven is an excellent host and you can tell he truly loves giving his guests all they could possibly need while being on vacation.

Staying at Steven’s Airbnb was an absolute blast! From the moment we arrived, his warm hospitality and fantastic sense of humor set the tone for an unforgettable experience. The water sports activities, especially the exhilarating jet ski ride, were a thrilling addition to our stay, and the hot tub was the perfect way to unwind after a day of adventures. Steve's attention to detail and genuine care for his guests truly stood out – he went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. His recommendations for local spots to visit were spot on, adding an extra layer of excitement to our trip. We couldn't have asked for a better host than Steve. His welcoming demeanor made us feel right at home. We'll be raving about our time at Steve's place for years to come, and we can't wait to plan our next visit. Just returning from Steven’s place and already booked the next trip even though we usually don’t stay at the same place more than once. But Steven’s place was exceptional- great view and feel of a home, lots to do and the kindest host we have ever had — and we travel a lot! Steven offered incredible activities some of which we not only have never done but could not even imagine. For example, if anyone told me that I would be kayaking, jet skiing and swimming (!!) in 40 degree water on a cloudy day, and enjoying all of it, I would not believe. But Steven outfitted us with proper protective clothing (layers of insulation and completely waterproof outer shell plus water sneakers, hats, gloves and neck warmers), personally checked that we put everything on correctly and zipped properly, and off we were playing on the lake! All Steven’s equipment is state-of-the art, best in class. He is a real enthusiast of water sports, knows what to get, and does not hesitate to share it.👏🙏
