The ducks waddle around the farm and may come quacking by for a morsel of bread crumbs if you would like to throw them a treat. Full disclosure: Although the farm is peaceful most of the time it is a farm complete with the sound of crowing, quacking, braying, and mooing. Sometimes there are pig squeals and goat nays. All of the farm animals include the smell of the farm if the wind is blowing right. Bring boots for visiting the animals, especially in the winter months when the grass is dead and it is rainy. Please note that this is a farm in the country, and there is always the possibility of encountering critters like bugs, spiders, lizards, etc. As part of the farm, we operate a small boarding and grooming business. Some very minimal barking may be heard during business hours from 8 AM to 9 PM. This is a pet friendly home and includes access to doggie daycare for our guest for a fee if needed.
We rented this place thinking one full day was enough. It was not! The farm was amazing! And we did not want to leave. First we arrived on a night with multiple tornado warnings, and they were so helpful with making sure we were safe the entire time! We spent the entire next day on the farm with every animal, doing every experience possible! They were the nicest hosts, so friendly, it felt like we were visiting family. The morning came to leave and no one was ready. 100/10 recommend this place. We will be going again! My nephew loved everything but his favorite part was Gilbert, the little black pig that showed up every time you went outside. Feeding the animals and hanging out with them was the best. And the view from the dining room. Along with the eggs and snacks. There was nothing to complain about and we can’t wait to go back soon!!
Becky was super friendly and available. Check in and out was a breeze and pressure free. The farm was perfect for our yuppy golden doodle puppy. Lots of room to run and play. We were also able to find plenty of great hikes relatively close by. Not to mention a short drive to downtown Chat. We will definitely be back.
Becky was amazing and very friendly! She was great with our 2 year old foster daughter. Getting to see, feed, and spend time with all of the animals made for some awesome memories with our FD. She loved getting to run around and help out Mrs. Becky. We are talking about making it an annual trip during a specific time, and we are really hoping our FD will get to join us for them all. If you want the farm experience, we highly recommend staying here.
We enjoyed staying at this property. It is very friendly to all….we love animals! We were able to bring our dogs and they had a blast!
My family and I have stayed in a lot of AirBnBs, all over the world, and this one will truly stand out as one of our favorites. My husband, teenage daughter and I stayed for a few nights in the spring, just needing a little getaway from school and work. There's nothing like beautiful countryside and interacting with gentle animals to soothe the soul. Our favorite farm friend was Sassy, the free-range pig, who stopped by several times a day for apples and carrots. By the way, Chattanooga is less than 30 minutes away by car and there is TONS to do there if for any reason you want to drive off the farm.
We are located in a quiet rural community in Northwest Georgia. Easy access to groceries and shopping within 7 miles.
While at The Farm, don't miss out on a visit to Party@the Farm and the Mud Puddle. Sledding available if Temps are below 30°.

自我介绍
Most of my friends call me Becky. My husband Aaron and I have lived in Rock Spring on our little farm for the past 8 years. Between us, there are 14 adult children (including 8 adopted), 27 grandchildren and 2 great grands. Aaron is a chaplain for the Department of Corrections. We are both graduates from Liberty University. I worked for several years in community mental health. I wore dual hats because I also came home every day and groomed dogs. I have operated a successful boarding and grooming business for the past 14 years. As this business has grown, I decided to stay home and build this business. After all, the farm is my happy place and I love being available to provide exceptional care to our four-legged guest. The Farmhouse is special to our family as it was a first home for two of our children, who are now home owners themselves. It is an added bonus to make this farmhouse available to other families to make memories of life on the farm. it is our pleasure to accommodate our guest to not only have a cozy place to stay, but to also experience life on the farm.
