The location was great and accommodations were nice. The owner did have the Rumba programmed to clean during the middle of the night which is not ideal. Perhaps program it to clean in the afternoon or when guests are not staying there.

This place was great for a family of 5 with an 11 year old, 9 year old and 7 year old. The pool was within walking distance and was a big hit! The place was easily accessible and had lots of things to do within 30 minutes' drive of the house. We were able to do Butcher Jones trail hike and Saguaro Lake (approx. 40 mins from the house) and Goldfield Ghost Town (approx. 30 mins from the house). The house had wonderful appliances. It was spacious and comfortable. Kitchen had the necessities. Nathan responded to our questions promptly. Overall, this place was wonderful!

Nathan’s an incredibly attentive host and responded to our inquiries in a very timely and polite manner. While we feel we were the first family to stay at his home for an extended period of time (eg: lack of towels/pool towels, lack of cooking utensils) Nathan had items shipped to the front door the following day! Another positive from our experience is while Nathan was on the property for our entire two weeks, we did not hear him and he kept to himself. If we did see one another he was very friendly. And lastly, the community pool is amazing. It’s a short 5-8min walk from his home and luxurious. We took advantage of the gym on-site as well. Pack a cooler bag and enjoy all the amenities!!! Overall, Nathans home was very clean, the high-end, high-tech appliances were great and the community felt very safe. In the future, we would love to stay here again.

Nathan is a a wonderful host. He was very prompt in answering any questions or needs that we had. Quiet neighborhood, great location for many activities. Comfy beds with dressers & closets for clothes. No living out of a suitcase ;-). A plus was the saltwater heated pool after the weather warmed up a bit. I would definitely recommend Nathan's place! It would be great for a family or couples .
