the home was clean but was worn and in some need of repairs, but this did not affect our stay. the bed in the master was very comfortable. all necessities were available. there were plenty of clean towels and linens. the area was quiet, and the drive to the home was beautiful. it was approximately 10 min to town, which has everything you need. i was able y my dogs without issue, and there was a nice yard for me to walk them in. i would stay here again.

Check in was easy and uneventful. The living room tv fell off the wall while the kids were watching it. Mount was not secured to a stud. Upon checkout all trash was bagged and removed from the house. I communicated with the host about the tv and sent them pictures. Later that day I received a text then a threatening phone call. Stating that if I didn’t come back and get the garbage they law enforcement would be contacted for illegal dumping. It’s laughable to think that the police would come for something like this. It was all household trash. There were 3 adults and 5 children. This was clean up before checkout. They only made these threats because they knew I was local. The only reason we stayed there was our family suffered a house fire and lost everything. If this had been out of town people they would have not done this. There were other small issues with the house. Would not recommend to anyone with a family whose kids produce garbage that is put in bags.
