Functional and comfortable apartment with kitchen, bedroom and balcony, which is part of the Scaringi Palace and accommodates up to 4 people. The flat is located in a building located in a quiet neighborhood, just a 5-minute drive from the center of Trani, which can also be reached on foot with a pleasant 20-minute walk. Ideal for couples and professionals, it offers comfortable and quiet stays in a comfortable environment. Garage available upon request and for a fee. The 35 sqm apartment is located on the first floor of a building with elevator and is composed as follows: - KITCHEN CORNER equipped with two electric hobs, fridge with freezer, moka and traditional oven - LIVING AREA with French sofa bed, smart TV and split AC - BEDROOM with double bed, wardrobe, desk, smart TV and split AC - TOILET equipped with toilet, bidet and shower - BALCONY. Further services available to guests: UNLIMITED WIFI, heating with heat pumps, drying rack, iron and ironing board, vending machine for hot / cold drinks and snacks for a fee in the entrance hall of the building. Towels and bed linen included (with optional changes for a fee). Extra cleaning available on request and for a fee. N.B.: the entrance door is equipped with a smart security lock with the use of a code, which will be provided at check-in.

Durante el ingreso no habiamos recibido las instrucciones de acceso. Las pedimos en ingles, nos respondieron en frances. Luego, el WIFI no funcionaba y nos comentaron que habia una posibilidad de arreglarlo al dia siguiente lo cual nunca paso, cuando le pedimos si habia alguna forma de solucionarlo (con alguna tarjeta sim o parecido) nos dejo de contestar. Al salir, le enviamos un mensaje para las instrucciones de salida (donde dejar la llave) y tampoco nos contesto. El departamento es amplio, lindo y tiene un muy buen balcon.

L’appartamento ha soddisfatto le nostre aspettative: luminoso e confortevole. Unica “pecca” non sono presenti le zanzariere, un’accortezza che per un’appartamento in una località di mare, d’estate, è sempre gradita.

Brandneue Appartments, alles war blitzsauber und neu! Sehr bequem und ruhig, aber ein bisschen außerhalb der Stadt. Für Reisende mit Auto aber sehr zu empfehlen, es gibt Parkplätze für die Gäste!

Trani is an enchanting village overlooking the Adriatic Sea and dating back to the Norman era, when Frederick II of Svevia made it one of his main maritime fortresses. The town offers splendid natural scenery and monuments rich in art and history. Wonderful the tourist port dotted with typical fishing boats and dominated by the symbol of the town, the superb Cathedral of San Nicola Pellegrino, built with the characteristic local stone and towering over the seascape. Also not to be missed is a visit to the Swabian Castle, dating back to 1230 and, together with the Cathedral, the strong point of the city, visible from the sea.
The apartment is located in a quiet position and well connected to the center, thanks to the city bus stop just 600 meters away. In five minutes by car or 20 minutes on foot you can also reach the main points of interest and the sea. The essential services are a short distance away: within 900 meters it is possible to find a bar, supermarket and pharmacy.

- FROM THE KAROL WOYTILA INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT: it is possible to reach the apartment by taking the FR2 train to the BARI CENTRALE station, and from there take the regional train towards Barletta and get off at the Trani stop, a 25-minute walk from the flat (2 km).
- FROM TRANI STATION: the apartment can be reached in 25 minutes on foot (2 km).
- IF YOU ARE TRAVELING BY CAR: the flat is located outside the ZTL and can be reached by car. Street parking is free on white lines (NOT guaranteed). A garage is also available upon request and upon payment on the spot.
