Mike and his beautiful wife were nothing but lovely and kind. They took us in when our last place flooded due to a faulty, lock and storm. I couldn’t be more grateful to this family for taking me and my four small children in when we were basically homeless in the pouring rain.

Mike was very accommodating last minute after we had another location fall through. The place is great, spacious, and in a very nice, quiet neighborhood. Loved it.

We enjoyed our stay at Mike's place. There were a few nice extras - like the Keurig coffee machine with pods, a washer and dryer with laundry soap, and a bidet in the bathroom. There was plenty of room for everyone in our party. Contrary to a prior reviewer, we were not disturbed by any dogs or footsteps from the tenants in the first floor. The kitchen was well stocked and organized. Communication was excellent. And for us, the location was ideal as we were visiting family nearby. In the living room, there is a monster large smart TV, L-shaped couch with lazy-boy style foot rests and a huge bean bag chair that one of my kids monopolized. The master bedroom is very large with king size bed and TV. The other bedrooms were as described. There were a number of games which my kids enjoyed as well as some books. Both the bathroom and kitchen were well-stocked with essentials. We booked our stay somewhat last minute and compared to the other options, Mike's place was a great value.

Awkward accommodation. During the daytime hours, you could hear the noise from upstairs. We were trying to have some downtime, but all we heard were kids running upstairs and their dog barking outside. it was awkward having to walk past the host when coming and going. the barbecue was free to use, but the location of the BBQ is located on the hosts deck off their kitchen. I do not think anyone will sit right outside the kitchen with the host being right there. There is no private sitting area outside accommodation for guests. has very strict cleaning procedures for guests when checked out. When on vacation, the last thing you want to worry about is cleaning! vacation is all about NOT having to worry about the daily grind, plus we paid a cleaning deposit! Accommodation is located in a gated community .
