Russell was a very responsive and polite hosts, clear instruction were given before our arrival and Russell's service is tip top. The unit view is facing the KLCC city skyline and the mall is just right beside the apartment ~2mins walk. It was very easy to get around KL due to the monorail and exchange hub. Definitely recommend to guest if here on a vacation.

We highly recommend Russel‘s apartment. We went there as a family with two little girls and all of us really enjoyed our time in Lucentia Residences. After days of sightseeing this is an ideal spot to relax in the apartment, to play on the playground, to do some sports with great view, have dinner in the LaLaPort Mall next door or just swim in the pools and enjoy the skyline of KL. Thanks a lot for the straight forward communication!
