When we entered the home, there was a noticeable musty smell which we rectified by leaving the door open, the couch had stains and pet hair. The kitchen countertop appeared clean however very sticky, had to wash the utensils/cups/plates prior to use, the bathroom was lovely & renovated nicely. The bedrooms were also lovely, however there were dead spiders and cobwebs all over. The studio bedroom out the back was nice addition, but incredibly dirty. There were cobwebs & insects (alive & dead) all around, the bedsheets had a stain & were filled with dirt/sand, as well as a stain on one of the pillows, there was months of dust & rubbish under the bed & our guest ended up having to sleep on the lounge for the rest of our stay. Rachel and Ryan’s communication was good, and the home is in a very convenient location, boardgames are provided and the outdoor area is nice, however some deep cleaning would go a long way.

Lovely place for a Mornington stay. Fresh, modern design with nice attention to detail throughout.

Good place for our weekend away with a group of 3 adults. Bedrooms are well sized. Bathroom and kitchen modern and with all amenities required. Living and dining space was good for us but might be small for larger groups. Outdoor fire pit is great to relax around.

What a great place! Lovely space, comfortable, styled really nicely, so close to everything and pup friendly. The outdoor area is fantastic for relaxing in the sun, and spacious for the kids (and dog) to run around and play. My family had a great stay. Hosts were super friendly and very responsive. Would highly recommend.
