Welcome to The Springside! Built in 1940 and newly renovated, this centrally-located home maintains its original charm while offering unique style and modern conveniences. Four bedrooms and two bathrooms, laid out with families and groups in mind, will provide you a comfortable stay in downtown Murfreesboro, TN. Two bedrooms with King beds with brand new mattresses are downstairs. The Blue Room sits nearest the living room at the end of the hallway at the back of the house. The Rose Room sits nearest the kitchen, and it is important to note that the stairway to the upstairs bedrooms comes directly INTO this room. This room would be ideal for a family with children staying upstairs, etc., but not ideal for individuals who need complete privacy. -Two bedrooms are upstairs. The steps are steep. The Bunk Room, with one Full bed (brand new mattress!) and one Twin bed, is located at the top of the stairs. The Sunset Room, with one Twin bed, is located off the Bunk Room. We also offer two toddler-sized cots and toddler-sized sleeping bags in case you have small people who prefer more flexible sleeping arrangements. -There are two full bathrooms with shower/tub, one downstairs in the main hallway, and one upstairs off the Bunk Room. -There is a large backyard with a patio and wooden swingset (you're welcome to use it!). There is a porch swing on the covered front porch. -The house is fully air conditioned and heated.
